As a service.
You can have your own system for your candidates, ordering (exam session) and so on and use Polar Exams only as a service. You can programmatically store your candidates in Polar Exams to do an examination and can programmatically get the results (passed or failed, the score) back, after scoring, in your own system. You can even store the marked picture 
in your own system. If you want you can then show that picture to you candidate. You can also store it for later proof. Also it can be used when your company is inspected for certify-reasons.
Use with temporary candidates and fixed groups
You can use Polar Exams with temporary candidates (Examination centers) and with fixed groups of candidates (Colleges and Schools).

This photo of the answer form is also stored in the database for later use.

We hear you thinking. Why is there still a need for paper examinations? In this modern world we have tablets and phones? Today we even have “Bring your own device”. Is Polar Exams still living in the stone age?
Remember, Polar Exams supports digital examinations and all the fancy digital stuff as well, so you can use it. We even encourage you to do so. But please also consider the remarks below. That is why we put quite some effort in analyzing photos from mobile phones. This is a sample of a part of the picture from an answer form.

When using paper examinations, network security is no issue, but you still have the advantage of automatic marking and scoring.

When using paper examinations, almost every location is suitable to do the examination. You only need tables, chairs, pencil sharpeners and pencils. No expensive other things.
